As an APQS Rep, I offer a free 6hr beginner’s class. All APQS Long Arm owners are eligible for one free beginner’s class. You can take this class even if you didn’t buy your machine from me. All APQS owners qualify for ‘ONE’ free beginners class. Heck, even if you don’t own a long arm and are just interested in a preview of all the new features that APQS Long Arm Quilting Machines have to offer, you can still join in on the fun for only $200. That’s a great value for everything you will learn during this in depth 6hr class.
My next beginner’s class will be held from 10am-4pm, Saturday October 16th in Edmonton, Alberta. Please e-mail with any questions you may have. Do you want to get familiar with longarm quilting before your rent? In this beginner’s class, I will Introduce you to the longarm quilting machine you will be renting. You will learn to prepare your quilt top, quilt back and batting and load them on the frame. I will walk you through the entire quilting process from start to finish. You will leave this class with the knowledge and most importantly the confidence to work on your own quilt. I will only rent to students that successfully complete this course.
